My name is Joseph Ramos and I am honored to write this testimonial about Raymond Baxter. I have the honor and privilege of knowing Raymond for over ten years in a sports competitive nature and as a close personal friend.
Raymond and I met while coaching youth football, we both were heads of our own youth community football programs servicing kids seven years of age to adults. From the moment I met Raymond I knew he was a special leader. Raymond worked tirelessly day and night to ensure his community youths had an organization they would be proud of.
Raymond is a great football coach and has taught hundreds of youth the proper fundamentals of the game of football but most importantly how to be a great student athlete.
Raymond has helped develop many of these student athletes to go on to college to play and receive college degrees.
