Ray earned his Six Sigma Black Belt Professional Certification in Project Management, and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success; he completed his Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently working towards a Ph.D. in Finance.
As the CEO of Coach Ray Speaks, LLC. and Impactful Solutions Academy LLC., Ray stands by the concept that one’s brand is defined and identified within the first ten seconds of interaction with a customer. He seeks to guide the professional masses of the motivational interviewing strategies that will promote the success of any business enterprise, large or small.

Ray Baxter is a Brand and Marketing Strategist whom CEOs, Solopreneurs, and business leaders call upon to jump-start their service centers into profit centers. Ray, known by many who have consulted with him as “Coach Ray”, is a Subject Matter Expert in the art of using Motivational Interviewing to guide companies in maximizing customer service productivity and accelerate profits.
Having worked in the financial sector of business management for over thirty years, Ray has witnessed first- hand economic downturns, major business failures, as well as contributing to the success of IPO’s and business start- ups; it was with this knowledge that he birthed his syndicated podcast, Coach Ray Speaks; a podcast about the survival of America’s small businesses, by discussing the successes and failures of business owners and ways to transform success into profit. As an author, Ray further illustrates this in his freshman book, 45 Minute Business Breakthroughs - a financial tool of reference for entrepreneurs seeking to explore “untapped” resources within their current business model without any spend on marketing or advertising.
As America’s Leading Customer Service Expert, Ray’s retention and service strategies have made an immediate impact with his clients, he continues to be pursued because he is recognized as someone who has formerly been in the “trenches” and can apply his techniques to real-world applications.
Having served as a high school and college football coach, in parallel with his professional career, Ray has applied strategies of success to many of his former players; some of whom have reached the pinnacle of achievement in the National Football League. Ray’s strategies for academic, athletic, and professional success have been featured on a multitude of podcasts, radio programs, television news programs as well as discussed in publications (i.e. - New York Times) Ray has also received Congressional recognition.
